Refunds & Transfers

Overview: All sessions, courses, trainings, retreats, workshops, and events require full payment to secure your place unless otherwise stated in writing.
Refund Policy: One-day events, workshops, and single sessions are non-refundable.Payments made for multi-day programs, retreats, or trainings are non-refundable once your place has been confirmed. Deposits, when offered, are non-refundable and secure your commitment to the program.Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance, late arrival, early departure, or changes in personal circumstances.
Transfers: Tickets may be transferred to another person or applied to a future equivalent offering, provided a minimum of 14 days’ written notice is given and an appropriate alternative is available.Transfers are granted at our discretion and may not be available for limited-capacity or specialty events.
Cancellations by the Organizer: We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify any session, course, training, retreat, or event at any time. If we cancel an event, any fees paid will be refunded or credited toward a future offering.We are not responsible for travel costs, accommodation, lost income, or any other expenses incurred as a result of cancellation or rescheduling.
Disclaimers & Participation: All participants are required to sign a Personal Disclaimer and Liability Waiver prior to participation.Signing the disclaimer does not obligate you to participate in any activity. Refusal to sign the disclaimer will result in denial of participation without refund.You participate in all sessions, courses, trainings, retreats, and events at your own risk and remain fully responsible for your physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing.
Conduct & Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your own conduct, decisions, and personal processes during all offerings.Participants may not attend or participate while under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs, for safety reasons. Alcohol and recreational drug use is not permitted during events, and participants should not be experiencing after-effects or withdrawal symptoms. Use immediately before or after participation is strongly discouraged.Nature of the WorkAll offerings are educational, experiential, and exploratory in nature and are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatments. Any experiential or empowerment practices are part of a learning process and are undertaken at your own discretion and risk.
Venues & Locations: We reserve the right to change venues or locations as necessary.Participants remain responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and related expenses associated with any venue change.
Special Considerations: It is your responsibility to notify the organizer in advance of any medical conditions, injuries, psychological considerations, or special accommodations that may affect your participation.
